The staff was unfriendly. On the downside, Gojek couldn't deliver food or items to the lobby. They only gave me one room key, which was a hassle to get back and forth. When I tried to ask for another key, I wasn't allowed. It turned out the next night's shift was given a spare key when I asked for it. It was very unclear.

Always come back to stay here for the umpteenth time.. Never get bored, the swimming pool is really cool, my kids' favorite.. Unfortunately yesterday I didn't get the family room.. Even though it's really reliable 🥰

Great stay.. It’s just that the location access is often super busy, so it’s not easy in and easy out of the hotel. Breakfast item variety is pretty good, needs something to make it “wow” though, in my humble opinion.
