The location is easy to find because it's on the edge of the provincial road. There are many culinary options around the hotel because it's in the city center. The swimming pool is in a different building, but still in the same area. There's a cafeteria in the pool area with standard prices. The pool is also used for public swimming lessons. The breakfast menu isn't very varied, but the food tastes good. An additional breakfast for children is 50,000 Rupiah. Cleanliness is good. The staff is friendly, and check-in and check-out are hassle-free.

big hotel is quite big room but scary because I booked room only so I was given a room far above the 3rd floor scary if I'm alone just once hotel area in front of the elevator smells of garbage already complained to the lobby but was ignored.. yeah just once air conditioner is cold.. bathroom water is not hot.. urinal water

the hotel staff is very friendly, yesterday I stayed 1D2N and had a problem with the room smelling of cigarettes but after I informed the receptionist, the hotel immediately changed my room. the hotel room is clean, comfortable and quite spacious, the bathroom is clean, the hot water is smooth, the AC is cold, the only drawback is the amenities are lacking, the wifi is intermittent. the hotel location is strategic in the city center, close to places to eat and mini markets, everywhere is close. Although it is an old hotel, it is very comfortable.

The location is strategic in the middle of the city and the receptionist is friendly, but there are a few drawbacks, namely the sink light was off and the bathroom water was off on Sunday morning when I stayed.

Set 7 just wanted to have breakfast but it was already empty. The room door was problematic even though we had just entered, closed the room door. The room floor was not clean.

I will stay at this hotel again because it is close to the mall and culinary places in Cirebon and access to everywhere is close and not too noisy and comfortable.

Please check the condition of each room again, at least the room that will be occupied by the guest. I ordered 2 rooms, all of them were stuffy & the AC was not cold at all. waited almost 2 hours, still not cold. I was forced to immediately find another replacement hotel in a very limited time & I was in a condition of bringing a baby, small child & elderly. Clearly a very unpleasant experience.

The room is clean, the staff is also friendly and very helpful when my child lost her doll, it turned out to be stuck in the refrigerator. Only the bathroom is a bit uncomfortable. The wooden door is rotten, the water flash closet is a bit small so it takes a long time to rinse. Hopefully in the future it can be better.

I stayed at Zamrud Hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious, the bed was big, the price was cheap, the service was satisfactory, and they provided breakfast.
