I was on late check-in, but all the information was clearly provided in the email with passcode, etc. The surrounding area was good, very close to Chinatown MRT and central Chinatown. I am happy to stay here.

The reception is really friendly and helpful. They even recommended good travel places and allow use of ironing in the hostel. Recommended!

The staff is friendly, even though they don't speak Malay/Indonesian and I communicated using translation, and the access is close, you can see it immediately when you exit the MRT.

It's pretty good for a hostel in Singapore. The price is very affordable. It has fast Wi-Fi, and it's steps from the Chinatown MRT entrance. It's perfect for backpackers who just need a bed and a quick rest. However, if you're bringing valuables, it's recommended to bring your own small padlock, as lockers aren't provided. Overall, it's still a good deal. Top notch!

The staff are friendly and welcoming, coffee, chocolate drinks, and teh tarik are available at all times, the atmosphere is calm and the place is safe 24 hours a day.
