the shower water is too small for bathing

Everything else is ok, only the sink is clogged

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly, I like the location, it's quiet, the other guests are friendly, and it's really comfortable. I recommend this hotel.

The water system is completely broken. The shower is small, the toilet doesn't flush. The staff is unhelpful. When I checked in, I wasn't wearing any clothes and my feet were on the table.

The room was beyond expectations. Comfortable and clean. Top-notch service, from luggage delivery to answering questions.

The water in our showers is always off, and when we want to pray, there's no water at all.

The property is actually good, unfortunately it lacks maintenance, so it looks dirty.

It's a bit ugly because some of the walls are peeling, the rest are fine.

warm environment and room even though it's not very spacious, comfortable but unfortunately there is a broken cupboard door and the shower and sink divider door is gone, but overall it's really good, when I go back I want to stay here again, I want to request room number 1, yesterday I got room number 2, it's also okay and the staff are also nice 👍

The room occupied had a leaking bathroom all the way to the carpet, a damp smell, the room did not match the photo. Ordered 2 rooms, both were different, one was quite good, the other was like a driver's room. Even though the price for the room was the same

If it's just for staying overnight, it's nice, it's clean, the staff is very responsive and kind too.

can't rest peacefully at all... 1. There's still guitar playing at 12 midnight... 2. Pay a lot but no amenities 3. The room only contains 2 bottles of AQUA 4. The sheets are dirty so everything is itchy

The room cleanliness is lacking, the room is not cleaned every day. If you just want to sleep, it's okay but if it's for a staycation, it's not comfortable.

The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, smell good and make free tea/coffee too. Very recommended.

Pandemic furniture furniture looks outdated. The room had large and small cockroaches. The bathroom has no glass door. The toilet can't flush. Dry plasterboard and walls near AC. The cupboard smells a bit.
