dirty room, damp walls, no refrigerator provided. not worth the price

The staff is quite friendly, but the hotel management is not very cooperative. It would be better if there are complaints that should be handled immediately or moved to another room that is in good condition. In my opinion, it is not worth it for the price listed.

Per Desember 2023 sudah ganti management dan overall for 500/day dengan private pool oke kok, asal jangan berekspektasi seperti villa 2 jutaan saja, pasti beda.

The place is really private, the atmosphere feels like being in a village even though it's cool and cold in the middle of the city. Want to come back for another staycation here.

The service was very unsatisfactory, we waited 30 minutes in the parking lot without any staff welcoming us.

Request late checkout yang diajukan jauh-jauh hari tidak direspon. Sampai pada hari checkout ketika ditanyakan, baru direspon dan ditolak tanpa solusi. Ac di kamar pertama panas, sehingga di hari kedua pindah kamar. Secara umum servicenya sangat mengecewakan.

This is my second visit to stay at Poh Bali Villas. I am very happy because I got a different villa from before. Going back there for a vacation. Please maintain cleanliness and comfort 🙏🏻 Really like the villa especially the smell of the room too 👍🏻 Very different from the previous villa without air freshener and hot air conditioning. This villa room really recommends 💋💋💋

The hotel is comfortable, quiet, only lots of insects on the mattress. The bathroom is clean and hot water works. The swimming pool is pretty clean even though the size is small just enough for soaking haha. The receptionist was also very friendly. It's good for a hotel at that price plus a private pool too, thanks punyan poh bali villas.

The first day the AC was not cold enough and I asked to bring a fan because it was so hot. The second day they had fixed the air conditioner. The last day the owner arrived and apologized for the inconvenience regarding the air conditioner. So far, in my opinion, the service is good, the villa is also clean, the price is affordable and of course next time I want to go back there again. And the most important thing there is safe. The location is strategic if you want to go anywhere close too. Recommended?
