The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, the hotel location is strategic and easy to access, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Hotel lumayan bagus. Cuma dengan harga 585, Wi-Fi sama sekali enggak bisa digunakan. Ini yang membuat hotel ini enggak berguna kalau kita pesan saat dalam perjalanan bisnis.

The electricity is always off. And we were told to turn off the AC even though the room was hot.

At check-in, I was told that I could extend half a day without being informed that after a certain hour there would be an additional fee. Then suddenly when checking out with a different receptionist, the full day fee was immediately charged, without wanting to hear an explanation that there was no information if checking out exceeded a certain time the price became full one day. Finally bargaining like in the market, the receptionist is willing to only pay a certain amount according to the agreement. Very unprofessional.

Lots of mosquitoes, there is another door in the room leading to the outside which is locked. I feel uncomfortable with that door.

The service is okay, but the hotel concept is a bit old school. The rooms are too big and quiet on week days. I don't know if the weekend is crowded or not. Especially if you get it on the 2nd floor, it's really quiet. and less lighting. Yes for the convenience of 7/10 but the situation of the hotel is quiet and because of the old building it's kinda like that.

The receptionist is very helpful, very close to the station, lots of food around it.

Unsatisfying because: 1. There are many mosquito in the room, 2. The room smell cigarette's smoke, 3. Tooth paste hardened so can not used 4. There is no bathroom's sandals. 5. Litle choise for breakfast.

Clean, near culinary, train station.

Very close to the Madiun train station. Just walk. In front of the hotel, there is Alfamart. It takes just a few steps to walk.

The hotel is nice, comfortable even though the building is old but still comfortable. But I didn't have time to try breakfast, because I had to leave early in the morning.

Clean, friendly clerk, fast check-in, foraging is not difficult close to the station, there is alfamart below very, very convenient.
