This was my first time staying at this hotel for a bistro. So far, the location is perfect, and it's close to entertainment areas like PIK. So, after bistro, I can go out and enjoy PIK. I'll definitely be back. Thank you👍

The atmosphere is not noisy, close to the airport, and comfortable.

I love vacationing here with my family; it's the only place with the largest suites, with 3 rooms at an affordable price. However, check-in times were incredibly long due to a system change, a delay in check-out until 3:00, so I didn't check in until 4:00, even though I'd arrived at 2:00, and a lack of anticipation for the crowd. After that, I booked a suite on the 56th floor. Imagine, on that high floor, there were cockroaches running around in the master bedroom, coming from the bathroom. When we complained to the receptionist, they only got an apology. Well, I forgive them. The food was mediocre, nothing special, like food at a tent wedding. It's a far cry from other 4-star hotels. Hopefully, there will be improvements in the future. Thank you.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, no regrets staying here.

Initially, we only wanted to stay for 3 days and 2 nights. If we didn't like it, we'd have to leave and find another hotel. It turns out, the kids loved it. Even though we didn't have time to swim because we were tired from walking, the breakfast was delicious. We didn't regret staying there, the location is close to everything, especially the Ancol area. If you want to stay in North Jakarta, this is the best.

Yes, the hotel is very clean and nice, the staff are friendly, but for a hotel this good and this big, there is still a 200 thousand rupiah deposit.

The hotel is clean. There are connecting rooms. Smoking is permitted in the rooms.

Always happy to stay here. But the few times I've stayed here, I've always gotten a room with a broken toilet. And we can't watch TV because the screen is dirty or has spots, it's unwatchable. It would be better if it was fixed. So we can watch with clear quality and it won't damage our eyes.
