Regarding the surrounding area, we understand that the appearance of the environment may not suit every guest's preferences. However, our location was chosen for its proximity to the main business area and direct walking access to the nearby mall, which many guests find convenient. Nevertheless, we regret that the surrounding environment affected your overall impression.
We are very sorry about the rainwater leak you experienced during the thunderstorm. Extreme weather can sometimes expose structural weaknesses, but this is no excuse. Your feedback has been forwarded to our engineering team for immediate review and preventative maintenance to prevent a recurrence of this issue.
Regarding communications via Traveloka and WhatsApp, we sincerely apologize for the lack of response. This does not reflect our service standards. We are currently reviewing our communication procedures to ensure all guest inquiries are responded to promptly across all platforms.
We also regret the noise disturbance from other guests. As a city hotel, occasional noise can occur, but we understand the importance of quality sleep. In the future, guests can contact our front desk immediately so our team can take action, including providing a reminder to another room or arranging a room move depending on availability.
Your comments about the stained sheets and the condition of the bathroom are very important to us. Cleanliness and room maintenance are important standards for us. We have discussed this with our housekeeping team regarding stricter linen inspections and with management regarding gradual room refreshments and improved maintenance.
Finally, we appreciate your honest feedback regarding the professionalism of the spa service. This will be discussed with the vendor to improve the quality of service while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere you experienced.
