The hotel staff was very friendly upon check in and very helpful.

The service and facilities are actually good, but they're poorly maintained. The towels aren't changed every day. The room was cleaned in the afternoon, arriving at 3:30 PM and the room still hadn't been cleaned.

The room is very clean, they give you free drinking water every day, the room is also cleaned every day, there is a window so you can get a bit of a view, the staff is very helpful, the spa is also great, highly recommended

Room is neat and clean. Staffs are very welcoming. Location is the best thing from this hotel, very near to pratunam market and bts ratchachewi (can be reached by walk). Poor wifi connection. Better to prepare your own internet data.

The room was fairly spacious and acceptable, but the furniture was a bit outdated. The location is convenient, close to the central market. However, the soundproofing was very poor. I was disturbed by noise from nearby rooms after 11–12 PM every night and couldn’t sleep for four nights. Even minor activities could be heard clearly late at night due to the terrible sound insulation. If the hotel could improve the soundproofing to help guests rest better, it would be a great improvement.

I am a self-guided tour set-up service provider. 80% of my groups, I book this Cubic hotel. It has everything, from central location, near the market, near the shopping center within walking distance. Spacious parking lot suitable for picking up and dropping off guests. Clean rooms with full amenities! Reasonable price.

The bathroom has no separate shower, only a fixed shower, a bit dark.

Good places for a trip at Pratunam.

Quite far (if walking) from BTS. The road at night is quite deserted. But the room is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable.

Strategic location, walking distance to Pratunam/Tofu Market. Hotel amenities are incomplete, must ask the receptionist first. Water heater also must be confirmed first to be turned on.
