We give the staff 5++ stars, very friendly and the service is very fast, the location is quite far from the city center and is at an intersection, the hotel is beautiful and clean, the layout of the room is very neat, especially the lobby and dining area, but unfortunately the room we got was on the 1st floor of the back building, in the room there was a loose window that was easy to break into, with a hook lock that was no longer proper, the window was not given a grille and faced the bushes, we were very uncomfortable because we felt anxious, until finally we decided to check out in the middle of the night, the hotel's security should be improved again👌

The hotel is not comfortable. The receptionist. There are no windows. Only the water boom bath is good for children. When I want to go to bed at 12 o'clock, the room lights immediately turn off. Luckily I'm ready to take a shower. There is no tolerance. It would be best to go at 1 o'clock so that guests can pray zuhur first. The majority of those staying are Muslims.

Akomodasi ini menyenangkan, hanya agak kaget ketika check in diminta deposit juga, padahal sudah bayar lunas melalui traveloka, di hotel lain saya bebas deposit. Baru di sini dimintai deposit, sedikit mengganggu, karena sudah check in malem, diriweuhin sama deposit. Hotelny si menyenangkan, mungkin kebijakan dposit untuk yang sudah bayar cash ditiadakan sajalah seperti hotel lain.

At the price of 500k the food is not good. Salty. Anyway, it's not good to eat. The location is far from anywhere. But the pluses are there is a waterboom except Monday and it's free, there is a pool, there is fitness, spacious parking, cold air conditioning, spacious rooms, friendly staff, good wifi. That's all.

Dinding kamar gipsum. Orang jalan di luar juga kedengar sampai dalam karena lantainya gak beton. Makan dan minum juga sangat mahal tapi gak sesuai harga dan rasa ga papa mahal asal enak. Dan makanan juga gak bisa bawa ke kamar. Banyak minusnya pokoknya. Pikir-pikir lagi bagi yang mau nginap ke sini. Satu lagi untuk smart room gak ada kursi dan meja dalam kamar barang-barang cuma tergeletak di lantai. Menurut saya tidak ada yang mengharuskan kita buat ke sini. Belum cocok ini hotel bintang 3 sangat belum cocok.
