The house is clean, fragrant and tidy. There are 3 rooms and 1 lesehan in front of the TV room which can be used for sleeping because there is also a mattress. The atmosphere is cold so you don't need to use AC. The location of the house complex is right across from Jatim Park 2. Recommended this place to rent again.

The villa is clean, smells good, the mattress is comfortable. There are 3 beds, 1 extra large bed and 1 sofa bed (suitable for 8-10 people) the kitchen is very usable, the cutlery is good, clean and complete. Unfortunately the middle bathroom toilet drain was a bit clogged and not lower than the living room floor so it made a flood. Apart from that problem, staying here is very comfortable.

Dear kak Nicholas, We are very happy that Kak Nicholas and his colleagues stay at our place while on vacation. House keeping has made sure the villa is as clean as possible before guests check in, but cleanliness in the villa during the guest stay is of course the responsibility of the guest. We have also provided a refrigerator as a place to store food scraps so they don't get spoiled and become a source of cockroaches, ants and other insects. We apologize for the inconvenience. Bedroom 3 + 1, bathroom 2. Full kitchen utensil. just lacking air conditioning. At least a stone is not as cold as it used to be, thank you.

The villa is comfortable, there are 3 rooms with an additional 1 mattress, 2 bathrooms but sometimes the hot water doesn't come out, the kitchen is also complete with cooking utensils. Next destination will stay here again.

karena corona, saya tidak dapat menginap di sana. tetapi tidak ada dispensasi pengembalian uang walaupun di potong sedikit juga gapapa dan walaupun sejak awal tdk dpt refund tp seharus nya bisa d perhatikan krn kondisi corona di kecualikan. Mengecewakan.

Overall very satisfied with this place. Guaranteed not harmed. Can only be added if you can heater for hot water to keep on. Because you have to wait long to get hot water, the rest is really good.

The house is very clean and comfortable, fragrant, the bathroom is also sleek, the rooms are plenty, the location is easy to find, the housing complex is safe, I left the motorcycle in front with no problems, the owner was friendly and fast response, there was coffee, tea and sugar free, aqua there is only one gallon that is unfortunate, there is no canopy in the car park so if it rains it is confused and rather difficult. Overall satisfied and next if you want to stay here again :)

The location is okay because it is really opposite Jatim Park 2 (Batu Secret Zoo). Unfortunately such a house has never been treated (only swept), unfortunately it is not maintained, if cared for it might be more comfortable. Fan only 1. There are 3 rooms, if you open a mosquito window. I'm really sorry that I can't at least stand the bathroom. Both inside and outside bathrooms. like never rubbed. until there is moss.

It was fun to stay here, a holiday with 2 children, but it could also be for the crowd, because of the many mattresses, there are kitchens and equipment as well. The hot water is also smooth, the location is opposite East Java Park 2, so all you have to do is walk. If you go to Batu, will stay here again.
