When we stayed overnight, we left our watch behind, but the staff said it wasn't there, even though we clearly remembered it was near the bed and we left the room without wearing a watch because when we left the hotel, we took photos in front of the hotel.

It's great. For the place and the room, but there's water coming out of the bathroom glass.

the window leak of rain water from outside. the blanket and pillow is a bit not smell good and often i cough. the price is only different less with other budget hotel, but overall i dissapointed.

Every time I go to Balikpapan, I always stay here because it's close to the mall. I usually get a room with a sea view, but this time I got a room with a view of Ewalk Mall. So far, no problem. The room is nice, the AC is cold. If I don't turn on the AC, the room is still cold. Every day, a cleaning staff knocks on the door to collect the room's trash. Towels, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, and toothpaste are provided, and hotel slippers are also provided. The good service is maintained, but the service that is lacking is improved. Good job J Icon.
