The staff is friendly, the atmosphere around the hotel is nice, cool and calm,

Overall this hotel is OK for this area Ciamis and beyone

I stayed on April 12, 2025, this is the second time. not the main choice but because the location is strategic with the next destination. for the type of room chosen family room.. what is still disappointing is the breakfast that is not varied, the rice ran out even though it was only 7 o'clock (and took a long time to provide it to the next), there was no staff on standby in the restaurant,. the rest is satisfactory.

Just input for room cleanliness so that it gets more attention
