Rooms are very new, as advertised and clean. For the price, it is okay - you can easily spend 3x in Anilao for only slightly better. Issues I had are that the staff are not well-trained for hotel service. We had to ask for soap and shampoo, because none were immediately provided in the rooms. Our humble breakfast of spam, eggs and rice were cooked by a dude in a sleeveless shirt, shorts and slippers. This hotel needs to step-up its service game to be a good player in Anilao.
