The villa is nice, but it has many drawbacks. The swimming pool is dirty and there's no hot water for bathing. They'll fix it later if they tell you. The bathroom faucet is also small. There are only two television channels.

Of my many experiences staying in Bali, this was the worst place I've ever booked. The villa staff were friendly, but the villa seemed poorly maintained. The room I stayed in was uncomfortable, from the entrance to the villa itself. The door wouldn't lock, and there were a lot of mosquitoes. The bathroom was terrible. This was a far cry from the expectations I had in the review photos. It's a totally bad experience.

I was very disappointed with my room purchase for 738,000 Rupiah. The old photo posted showed a smelly bathroom, no soap and shampoo, and lots of flies, mosquitoes, and large bees living in the room, and the AC wasn't cooling. I ended up moving rooms, but the walls were still the same: the damp, cracked walls, and the smelly room with a dirty pool. I ended up not using the room and moving out. The villa's concept is actually good, but improvements should be made to avoid inconvenience to guests.

The picture from what i see on advertise in this app is totally different, i think they must renovate this villas When i first go to the room my feeling isn’t good because the kitchen and refrigerator is dirty to much dust on that side and not good looking, and every corner on that room The paint on that wall is peeling off is like the room is long enough not occupied, the electricity in that room on my bathroom and terrace is broken, the bathup is yellowing, the door on entrance the room is broken can’t lock The staff on this villas was very helpful is not their fault if they cant fix but the management should care about this villas, because the location is nice and strategic if you want go to bali safari and marine Sorry if i dont put my photo in here im to lazy to take a picture because the feel

The price and facilities are worth it, it's close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk, the downside is that the TV can't be used when staying overnight.

The place is nice and comfortable, only the sliding door can't be closed because it's loose, but if you're with children it's dangerous because the swimming pool is deep, but it's satisfying.

the management should take care of this place, I wouldn't blame the villa staff because they're only two person pershift. the tv not working and the stove not working also. this place should be shut down for a moment to renovate all the things. I'm just check for 3 hour and decided to move to another hotel because my son afraid when we entered this villa. Traveloka shouldn't advertise this place anymore until they're fix everything.

very worth the price! my suggestion is maybe clean and tidy up again especially in the pool area. the location is also quite strategic and easy to find, quite close to sanur beach

It seems like this villa is just so-so..just like that..from the first time I arrived, the receptionist desk was really dusty..even though it was the front of the place..I thought it was just in front, the spa or the room was cleaner..but in fact, it was worse..if you really don't intend to rent the villa, it's better to close it, or renovate it first before renting it, rather than renting it and disappointing the customer...I was only there for 1 hour..I couldn't stand it until I checked out tomorrow..the bed was hard, the front sofa was broken, the walls were peeling, moldy, the toilet was yellow, the drinking water was gone, the door handle was broken..there was no dining furniture..the TV had no channels, no wifi..the pool was dirty and not vacuumed, trash was piled up at the bottom of the pool..the facilities were so badly damaged that they were rented out...it was so far from the photos in the advertisement..I felt cheated because I had booked here...!!!
