I booked 2 rooms but they gave me 1 family room. I had no option because it was night already, raining, tired and I brought my old parents. They gave us in C6 quite far from original T8. it's not fair. I pay 2 not 1 family room. I expect separated room not mixed altogether. Finally she returned 200 baht/night after my tough complaint and argument. Room seems someone's room, there is clothes in the cupboard. No wifi, no access card. Bed isn't tidy. No trash can. The extend room has no AC. Compare to my previous stay in that condo, this is the worst.

Poor room, not okay, not clean.
