When we first arrived, it was hot and smelled damp. Then the refrigerator died and smelled really bad. I told the manager about it, but he told me to plug it in myself (the refrigerator's plug is at the back and you have to move three of them to plug it in). After plugging it in, it wouldn't turn on. I called the manager and they told me not to turn on the MCB. I finally asked them to come but waited 40 minutes. The AC remote had no batteries, claiming they were afraid of losing it again. Meanwhile, the temperature was 24°F (24°C) and it was so hot because it was a hot day (I booked a 2-bedroom apartment but only had one AC). I was told the toilet smelled, but they said they had cleaned it yesterday. After cleaning, everything smelled nice, not smelly. They came without any polite apologies. When I complained, they just countered with unreasonable explanations. 👩: There was a small cockroach here, sir. Have you ever cleaned it or what? 👨: If it's cleaned every day, sis. 👩: Then why are there cockroaches? 👨: Well, cockroaches are living creatures, sis. 👩: Yes, they are living creatures, but they live in a dirty environment. 👨: (Just laughing) I went out for a while and came home late at night, and the token started beeping, haha, and they only gave me the token code, so I had to fill it in myself. + There were worms in the toilet. I asked for insecticide, they said they were buying it, but in the end, they didn't give me any. Day 2, the three of us went out again. We got home at 10 PM, relaxed and in our pajamas. At 12 PM, suddenly there was a cockroach (FLYING). So, the three of us hid in one room and called the admin to at least buy Baygon to kill the cockroach. We waited a really long time, 30 minutes, before they came. Because we were already in our pajamas and the guy who came was a man, we ended up killing the cockroach ourselves. I'm really fed up and don't want to come here again, the only friendly and sensitive person is the security guard in lobby A.

The hotel staff is friendly, not complicated, and it's perfect for those who want to relax.

I thought it would be good for saving budget, but it turned out to be far from my expectation, honestly this is really bad in every aspect, all bad. The room is dirty, noisy, and smells from the toilet, lots of insects, not to mention the staff/admin who are not prepared for electrical problems, at 2 am I was moved to another room and was only given a fan, and at 3 am the fan broke and the like had to be fixed by myself, this apartment is a mess.

The price is very cheap, it can save your wallet 👍

very very bad! stayed for 3 days here, got a minus room with lots of cockroaches and insects.. then asked to change rooms, got a single bed room even though I clearly booked for 2 people.. finally I went back again to exchange & got a decent room compared to the 2 rooms given at the beginning.. the mattress had a lot of wires that came out several times when sitting & lying down, I often got stabbed😭 the wardrobe had someone's smelly clothes & no clothes hangers. the cutlery was very dirty! cigarette butts in the bowl weren't washed😭😭 the spoons & forks were also dirty.. oh my god it was really bad! on the last night the AC was off and not cold! The remote control is also useless because it's broken (I can't be bothered to confirm because it was the last night I stayed) I ended up sleeping by opening the window..😫 The toilet water tap was coming out a little😭😭😭 Please really please.. check the condition of the room before renting it out & don't just give it to the customer for comfort. This is really minus & very disappointing😫

Actually the room is clean but please replace the mattress because there are so many fleas that my hands, feet, back and chest are all bitten and I even have to sleep on the floor because if I am forced to sleep on the mattress I can't. If it wasn't for the high season I might have chosen to move hotels. Then for the elevator access, please if it is lost, make a new one so that the customer doesn't have to bother asking for help from the staff. The staff are quite okay. Then for the bathroom, the shower can't be used because the hose is torn even though a bucket and ladle have been provided to replace it

I can't say anything anymore when I look at the room, the cupboard has been removed, the mattress has an iron sticking out, luckily I didn't get hurt, it's so dirty, honestly I want to cry when I see it. The bathroom is leaking, just look at it and fix it, I took a picture of everything, I'm really disappointed

The staff did not respond when there were complaints about the AC, water heater, and TV not working.

Booked for 1x Bedroom but got Studio instead. Very bad experience, room is dirty, air conditioner didn't feel cold at all even when I never turned it off. Worst, the bed are full of Bed Bugs! Will never booked this unit again

There are cockroaches in the room + it's not very clean. If you are asked to upgrade the room from the one you ordered on the application, don't do it.

The air conditioner cannot turn on even though the remote is in normal condition.
