cramped room, uncomfortable atmosphere, poor reservation service

dirty, lots of cigarette ash everywhere, including the cupboard, drawers, table, the AC is dusty as if it has never been cleaned/maintained, the bed is full of bed bugs, there is loud noise from other residents outside the room in the middle of the night (maybe acquaintances of insiders)... if it is for a transit place, it is okay if it is urgent.

The reviews are very different from the reality.. the bathroom is dirty, the tap is leaking, the door is broken, the ceiling has leaks and holes, the walls have water seepage, the mattress is dirty, the sheets haven't been changed, the AC isn't cold, the TV doesn't work, and it smells musty.. please fix it

The hotel staff gave illogical prices. They just gave whatever they wanted.

The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel environment is lacking. Smelly blankets, dirty towels, cobwebs in the room, the TV won't work. The toilet door handle is loose. The room smells damp.

The hotel staff may be 5 stars, but the room is dirty, damp, the mattress is full of mites omg, the sheets are dirty with lots of blood stains, I understand why there are lots of blood stains because of mites, the curtains are dusty, the AC is dirty, the toilet smells, the exhaust is very dusty, the blanket? Smells of urine, and you're bringing a baby.

The bedroom and bathroom are dirty, smelly, stuffy, and so hot because the AC is not working properly. The bed and blanket are also dirty. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because it wobbles. There is no TV remote. We don't get a cell phone signal. The environment in the hotel is bad and dirty. The hotel building also looks damaged.
