The view from the back door is really nice, the service is fast because there was a small toilet water problem, you can also put up a tent. It's really cool.

The location is great, with rooms overlooking the beach, but the shower is broken, the water is low, and it looks like it hasn't been maintained. Please fix this; it seems the management has only done a little maintenance, even though the place and building are really nice.

The facilities are complete, the kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, there is a rice cooker, water heater, drinking gallon, refrigerator so you just need to bring cooking ingredients and be satisfied playing on the beach all day.

The door is broken, the AC is hot, otherwise it's fine.

Actually the villa is nice close to the beach, but the exit door to the beach from the outside is broken and cannot be closed.

The villa is quite nice, clean, the concept is cool, the bathroom is made with 2 doors where one door can directly access the beach, so after playing around in the water you don't have to get dirty in the room inside the villa... There is only 1 AC in the living room but it cools down to 2 rooms, the kitchen is outside and there are tables and chairs on the terrace for relaxing... The view from my room 4A is extraordinarily beautiful.. I really like it... The beach can be directly accessed, even though it is mixed with non-staying guests, the environment around the villa is still not mixed up... because there is a fence that separates it.. The concept of accommodation is renting a villa so if possible bring your own toiletries and bring your own coffee and tea. The sloping beach is good for swimming or playing in the water, there are also tire and banana boat rentals. The rooms are quite clean, cooking and eating utensils, water heaters and drinking water are provided complete including the stove and gas. The type of room I occupied was a house divided into 2 with a gypsum dividing wall so soundproofing was a problem especially if there were small children/babies crying of course it would be a bit disturbing. The tap water must also be considered because the output is too small so the flush closet is also a bit problematic because it takes a long time to fill the closet with water.

It's quite fun when I'm with my colleagues, the important thing is that we're together.
