we had an excellent stay and the service was superb! on our second day, they left us a message and some flowers on the bed after they cleaned the room. they also gave us complimentary snacks on our second night. so sweet of them! they also offer buggy rides to and from your villa to other locations within the vicinity. if you are looking to just spend quality time and chill with your friends and family in the villa, then this is the villa for you. please note that food and activities are quite limited. we had to go to plaza lagoi for cheaper food options

But come on, this is villa and of course it will be so spacious. But the hotel insist that we have to take 2 bedroom villa because of their private concept and I have to pay additional fee 3 million rupiahs! Meanwhile, I saw the room next to me has lots of shoes in front of their doors and I heard lots of people playing in the swimming pool so I expect there are more than 4 people in that room and the hotel do nothing. After all, the villa was nice. The staffs are very friendly, and also nice facility. Although, I was also disappointed because how could I pay such high rates and there are no gym facility.
