I paid for a Deluxe room but didn't get a refrigerator. The staff said the refrigerator was broken. I asked to change rooms because all the rooms no longer had refrigerators, but in the Traveloka menu I paid for the refrigerator facility.

The AC in the room was not cold and at 7 pm I asked to move rooms but it was just as cold and it didn't work properly and what was worse was that in the morning I asked for hot water and was charged 5,000.
