Great place to stay. Quiet and relaxing/clean

I LOVED the comfortable and stylish design of this pool villa. It was gorgeous. And the pool was lovely. I loved that it was cleaned every day and came with toiletries and a welcome fruit basket. The management team were very responsive to any queries or requests we had. It felt very safe and was a reasonable walking distance from the main road with great restaurants, shops and bars.

Nam was fantastic, nothing was too hard for her. She recommended great restaurants, made arrangements regarding tours and hotel transfers. She noticed from my wife's passport that she would have her birthday during our stay and she arranged a cake.

A pleasant walk from town was a very peaceful stay for 3 couples. We all had our own bathrooms and private pool was lovely.

An amazing diamond in the rough. Smaller vehicles can easily be accommodated but the staff will ensure you get your SUV out. The staff goes through the extensive cleaning process daily and the manager is amazing and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this to everyone from out side the area but it is definitely a tourist retreat. The area is tailored for tourists but definitely supports the local economy without breaking the bank. We had the 4 bed room pool villa and it was a dream except we came during the rainy season.

Noting the air conditioner in the single room off the end of the pool stopped working on the second last day which meant for a difficult sleep on our last night. Otherwise everything was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the villa to others.

We had a fantastic stay here at the Karon Beach Pool Villa. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They responded to all our requests very quickly. Such kind and welcoming people.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who is going with family group, simple basic things you need to ask and delay in delivering. we were charged huge amount for some missing item, ensure you count each and every item while checking in.

Whilst the villa was concrete chic, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Housecleaning DID NOT clean, they did not even bother to put our clean dishes away! They only changed our sheets once in a 2 week stay! Disgusting! The location was far from all transport services, a good 20min walk in hot humid and hilly conditions. We paid over 100K bahts to stay there and then got abused on the last day to pay for 2 broken glasses, expected to pay 200baht!! Absolutely appalling.

Villa architecture is unique - two of the four rooms have no privacy when it comes to bathrooms. Not very walkable location, so further expenditure for taxis/vans/scooters should be taken into account. Were promised a free drink upon arrival which was just bottled water. Towels did not appear to be changed (many were dirty upon arrival, and in between days they would be moved so they would not have the chance to be dried). Pool however was well kept, and the villa was generally quite clean and all appliances bar the washing machine were in good working order.

The Property Manager and her Staff were very accommodating and answered any questions that we asked. They made feel like we are at home and part of their family. The only downfall is that property is not as close to the main road. So if a person have difficulties walking up and down a hill it may pose some challenges. I travelled to Thailand many of times and I must say that the staff went above and beyond to prove outstanding services.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Karon Beach Pool Villas. Everyone had their own space, with really great size rooms and individual en suite bathrooms. We all had our own TV's which made having a bit of time to get away also possible. The villa itself was modern, spacious and the only downside was the uncomfortable couch in the living room. It's a pity that a waterproof fabric seems to have trumped comfort! The villas are a short 10min walk into Karon Beach's main strip and if that's too far, James restaurant across from Phunaka Resort and a 3 min walk up the hill from the villas has FANTASTIC local food and we could not recommend it or the people who run it more highly. I would definitely return and Nam who helped us out with taxi's and airport transfers all holiday could not have been more responsive whenever we needed help.
