Ahhhh, the best! Clean, comfortable, peaceful, serene, friendly, and affordable. Cool and so delicious! If I ever go to Bandung, I'll have to come back here again.

It's absolutely beautiful and cool. The staff are all super friendly. There's no air conditioning, but the air is super cool. The cleanliness is also excellent. My kids love staying here.

The location and area are quite spacious and comfortable, the air is fresh, the fireplace works well, the breakfast food needs more variety. Especially the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved and there are many large/black ants, and the hot water in the bathroom goes out every few minutes.

Sejak tahun 2000 sudah menjadi hotel pilihan keluarga, karena setiap berlibur bersama keluarga di Lembang selalu menginap di sini, termasuk beberapa kali menyambut malam pergantian tahun baru di hotel ini. Staf hotel yang ramah, bersahabat, dan kekeluargaan menjadi ciri khas hotel ini sejak dulu. Dan meskipun beberapa sarana dan perlengkapan hotel, khususnya yang ada di Rumah Kayu perlu segera diperbaiki dan diganti karena faktor usia, tetapi kenyamanan tamu dan kebersihan kamar tetap menjadi prioritas hotel ini.

Maybe try repairing the bathroom door in the cottage room and cleaning the window and cleaning the dust. Overall, the place is quite good. WiFi doesn't reach the cottage, try adding a router or something similar.

If it's quiet, it's not noisy and it's like in the countryside, it's really ok. But something has to be fixed. Like the TV, the bathroom needs to be improved again.

The hotel is on the side of the road but the rooms are far from the road, so it's noisy, only disturbed by the guests next to the room who chat until late at night. The bathroom closet leaked so the water kept flowing.
