Friendly and very helpful staff (keep it up). The bed is small but soft, not thin & clean so you can still sleep soundly. Unless someone snores, it's really annoying but luckily they give you earplugs which help reduce the noise. The bathroom is also small and unfortunately the hot water only comes out in the morning but the plus point is that it's always clean and doesn't smell. Safe for solo female travelers but still be careful. Recommended as long as it's pocket-friendly 😉 thank you

The staff was very helpful because I arrived when my phone had just fallen and the screen was broken. So they accepted my passport, helped me find a phone repair shop, and then allowed me to check in early at 1 pm because I was really tired from the JB-KL bus ride and the KL sun was really hot at noon. The hotel is super strategic, right out of Bukit Bintang MRT, the place is immediately visible even though it is hidden. Near delicious places to eat, close to Pavilion and also to KLCC, just a 2 km walk... The room is clean, fragrant, the toilet and bathroom are also clean and fragrant. There is a water heater if you want to take a shower in the middle of the night. After checking out at noon, you can take another shower in the middle of the night and leave your luggage. There is a free refill of drinking water/hot water for making instant noodles and the kitchen area is complete with a refrigerator, plates, a sink, and a stove. It's a regular, budget hostel but comfortable.

Highly recommended for solo travelers or backpackers.

This is truly a comfortable hostel! The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff is friendly. Even though there's no elevator, the staff helped me lift my suitcase! Thank you so much! 😆🙏🏻 The bathroom is also clean, with a bidet and water heater.

Everything was okay, only there was no elevator, had to go up and down the stairs to the 2nd floor and there was no staff who could help us unload our suitcases when we checked out.

The hotel is in the Bukit Bintang area, so it's close to everything, including Pavilion Mall, Alor, and the MRT. It's also easy to find food in the area. This was my second stay at this hotel, and I got a room at the back, so I got a bit of a view of the iconic KL skyline.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked the wrong room (mixed room), but the staff still put me in the female dorm only without any additional fee.

Friendly CS, got a towel when checking in. Yesterday I stayed here, there was no tourist tax, only a 10RM deposit per night, which was returned upon check out. Got a bunk bed for 4 people. Because McD is currently renovating, it's noisy. Not suitable for those who are tired but don't want to climb stairs (it depends on which bunk bed you get).

The room was really comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the service was friendly

Very clean and comfortable, with luggage storage, secure lockers, and public facilities for relaxing, a waiting room, and books to read. Highly recommended.

The owner and receptionist are very friendly!!! I've stayed here twice, it's great, it's close to everything!
