The staff on duty were friendly, from the security guard and receptionist, 5 stars. The only thing that was uncomfortable was the walls, hehe. Otherwise, it was okay. It was a pleasant 2 days.

I've stayed at Grand Dhika several times when I've been to Semarang. The hotel is comfortable and strategically located. The staff are also friendly. Thank you for helping Ms. Betris and Mr. Alan check in. Luckily, we also got a free room upgrade.

Cool... there was just a small incident where the tumbler glass was not found in the room... in WhatsApp with the hotel admin... even though it was around the bathroom... please check everything first... then confirm
