LOCAL TV facilities ROOMS are not soundproof from vehicle noise, especially those near the road. Motorbikes revving in the middle of the night (Next Please be warned)

- We arrived early so we could spend more time on the beach. Check-in was at 2:00. While we waited, we were allowed to play on the beach, where there's also a coffee shop if you want to eat while enjoying the beach. There's also a coffee shop on the beachfront offering young coconuts, Indomie, coffee, tea, etc. - There are ATV rentals, banana boats, and other water activities on the beach. - We stayed in a glamping squared room, a comfortable room with a sofa bed. The air conditioning was cold, and the bathroom had strong water except for the sink faucet, and the shower handle was loose, likely due to a loose fit. The entire staff was quick and helpful. However, I found the glamping room's amenities to be lacking, as there's no refrigerator or hair dryer. The minimum nett room price is around 1.3 million rupiah, which should have been provided. - Don't forget to bring mosquito repellent, as, like most beachfront hotels, mosquitoes are rife. - The swimming pool is large with a maximum depth of 140 meters, but there's a shallower side for children. - The breakfast was delicious. The menu was a la carte, but you could choose between American or Oriental. Maybe it was because we were there on a weekday. - Near the hotel, there's an Alfamart and Indomaret, as well as a delicious seafood restaurant, BM2. - Overall, it was satisfying, and I'd love to come back again. That's all.

The room is comfortable, only there is a musty smell from the furniture, the bathroom water is dead, the bathroom door is not well maintained.. access to the beach is close and clean,, can't order food to the room.. so far so good only because we can check in early.. thx to Horison

Stayed in a family suite, got a ground floor room. The facilities were comfortable, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast menu was quite varied. The downside was that the room was located at the front, near the front office, so it was a bit far from the beach. The terrace was also not very spacious, only suitable for hanging out and enjoying coffee. The shower in one of the rooms was broken, so the water didn't flow optimally.

Recommended for family vacation, the place is great.

Overall 7/10 Service: Friendly Room: Quite comfortable. Food: A bit disappointed. I initially chose Horison because I wanted to experience a BBQ on the beach at night. However, due to a car club event, it was already full, leaving the general public without a place to eat. So, I ended up looking for food outside. I suggest checking first to see if there's an event going on to avoid disappointment.

My 3D2N stay here was very satisfying. The surroundings are beautiful and close to several restaurants. The rooms are spacious with a vintage style. The beach view from the hotel is stunning.

Thank God, this is an honest review. The room and atmosphere are nice. The staff are friendly and understand customer needs. The room is comfortable, the AC is cold, there's gallon water provided, a cold refrigerator, the swimming pool is clean, there's free beach access at no additional cost, and the price is affordable. And the staff said there are kids' activities on weekends. It's a shame I came on a weekday. If you're looking for an affordable hotel, you might want to try Horison. friendly staff, cleanliness in the room area is good, facilities are ok direct access to the beach, what was quite disappointing was the breakfast, when we wanted to have breakfast the restaurant was closed it turned out breakfast was at a cafe near the beach, the menu that was given and delivered was only American breakfast consisting of 2 sausage toasts, eggs, hot tea and pudding, there was no confirmation in advance what breakfast menu they wanted, I saw other guests were given a more varied menu, so it seemed like they were differentiating guests, even though the condition of the guests was quiet and not crowded logically it could be better for service to guests,

The room was full of mosquitoes. I complained to the hotel staff because of the mosquitoes. After I went out to get some dinner, the room hadn't been sprayed. I complained again and sprayed it myself. The mosquitoes were so numerous, I took the photo above. I also found a black rat running around my room. I complained and asked for a room change, but the staff just grinned and said they were full. Breakfast also sold out quickly. The breakfast room opens at 7 a.m., and we entered at 7:30, and everything was gone. From rice, side dishes, bread, and fruit... I complained to the staff, but they told me they were still cooking. If the room is full, the hotel should have budgeted for the number of people who would be eating breakfast, so customers wouldn't have to complain to them directly and write something like this! Honestly, I was very disappointed staying at Horison Anyer. The room rates are quite expensive, but the facilities are like those of a suburban guesthouse! Because the name HORISON HOTEL is quite well-known and good. But it's ruined by staff who seem to be cutting back on the facilities! It would be better if the hotel were closed for now. Because if anyone stays with children, it's a shame they have to deal with a room full of mosquitoes and insects like this... We didn't have a comfortable stay here from the moment we checked in until we checked out.

Perhaps it could be better, but improving is definitely a primary goal. Especially the food. Last night, I had creamy mushroom pasta, and it wasn't creamy, more like runny, and the taste was bland. For breakfast, since I brought the kids, the cereal was delicious, but the milk tasted like watery condensed milk. As for the room, since I was in a family suite, the bathroom had a shower that could probably be improved, and the floor was squeaky. The hotel is actually nice, but it could be better.

The first day I arrived was on October 4, 2025, excited to have my children participate in the activities. However, one of the staff members seemed unfriendly, even though it wasn't to the guests. At least, it wasn't obvious, as it made things uncomfortable. That night, there was a live music BBQ until 9 p.m. It turned out there was another event, live music at the front, which I could clearly hear in the room, and it was said to last until 10 p.m. After that, I heard people talking next to the bed, but the noise was quite loud. I waited until 11 a.m., and it was still noisy. I thought, well, it's a villa. I tried to sleep, but it wasn't very restful. I actually woke up at 1:24 a.m. I finally tried calling the hotel, and they were quick to respond, but unfortunately, the villa guests didn't respond immediately. I finally contacted the hotel again at 2:09 a.m., and they finally dispersed. Thank you for your help 🙏🏻 And my suggestion is to provide more doormats in front of the porch so that sand doesn't get carried into the room 🙏🏻 The breakfast wasn't very varied, the taste was just okay, and the omelet was too salty to the point of being bitter 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️ Even though for breakfast, an omelet doesn't need to be salty 🙏🏻

This hotel is very detailed in its design and neatness, but unfortunately, almost all of the staff are unfriendly, with only the technicians and cleaning staff being friendly. The food is terrible. The milk tastes like diluted cow's milk (or is it not milk?), the fried rice lacks flavor, and the sausages are also not tasty at all. I've been to Anyer many times, at several hotels, and the food is acceptable in all of them, but the Horison is below average. Please improve. It's a shame the facilities and location are already premium. Now I'm sure I'll just return to the older hotel next to Horison.
