The location is okay , walking distance to Lee Garden's walking area. However when I arrived there, the receptionist said that they did not received the booking order from agent under my name even thought I have showed to them the screen-shots of the booking details. Only later after they had contacted the manager of the hotel, then the manager asked the receptionist to allowed me to check-in into the hotel room. What I remembered was, she asked me few times what is the time of the booking being made online. If the booking being made in the evening the same day of check in , then their system will not pick up the booking. Really hope, agent can improve on this matter ya. So far has been my favourite apps for booking a hotel room everywhere I go. Thank you.
