Comfortable room. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Hot water tap was not warm when it rained. Hope the hotel improves further.

My friends and I came to play. The room is spacious, airy, and has a private yard. Everyone was satisfied.

The cleaning lady is cute and enthusiastic. The room is clean, the location is convenient, the rice milk downstairs is sold in the evening and is delicious.

The hotel is located in the central area, convenient for traveling. The day I took the bus from Saigon to Dalat early, they still let me check in a few hours earlier. The room is clean, the bathroom has all the amenities. The price is reasonable, everyone should come and stay here to enjoy comfort.

The hotel owner and manager are very friendly, check-in and check-out times are flexible, 24/7 support is just a phone call away. The hotel is very close to Da Lat market and surrounded by many convenient restaurants.

I originally planned to book a balcony room but there were no vacancies, so I booked a Deluxe room. The room was spacious and comfortable. On the ground floor but not noisy. The staff was enthusiastic. The only thing is that the wifi was a bit weak and often disconnected.

The room is near Da Lat market, near Cham avocado ice cream shop, near many delicious restaurants. The lady who makes the room is cute, and also rents motorbikes, which is very convenient. I arrived at 3:45 in the morning but the owner helped me check in so I could get the room and rest right away.

The hotel is located right in the Hoa Binh area, near the market/center, easy to go, shuttle bus takes you to the door. I've been to Da Lat many times but this is the first time I've booked a hotel that is so beautiful, clean, the price is very reasonable, the room decoration creates a luxurious and comfortable feeling, personally I like the bathroom tiles, the shower & toilet area, the washroom area, hot water is always available. (I booked a deluxe double room)

Phòng 3 giường cũng rộng , thoáng và khá ổn cho gia đình mình

Tôi đến khách sạn từ sáng sớm, vì giờ check-in là 14h nên tôi gửi đồ và hẹn sẽ quay lại vào lúc 14h. Khi tôi về thì nhân viên bảo chưa dọn phòng xong, vì khách cũ để quên đồ và không liên hệ đc, hẹn tôi chờ 10p để nhận phòng. Tuy nhiên 15p sau, nhân viên báo vẫn đang dọn phòng, và bảo tôi chờ thêm 1 tí nữa, 15p sau, tôi khá mệt và bực mình, cần nhận phòng nghỉ ngơi, nhân viên vẫn bảo tôi đợi thêm 5p nữa…. Và việc hẹn cứ như vậy, đến 15h tôi mới được nhận phòng, và nhận trễ hơn 1 giờ. Tôi không hiểu khách sạn có chính sách nhận trả phòng, và phải đảm bảo việc này hoặc sắp xếp phòng ốc phù hợp chứ nhỉ. Trải nghiệm đợi 60p chỉ vì không dọn phòng kịp và khách cũ dọn đi trễ khiến tôi khá bực mình. Tôi đã định book khách sạn này cho chuyến đi gia đình vào giữa tháng sau (vì vị trí khá ok) nhưng sự việc này làm tôi thấy khó chịu và không muốn book nữa.

Gần chợ và khu ăn uống, thuận tiện đi chơi ở những địa điểm du lịch, hệ thống nước nóng tốt, đáng quay lại

Phòng mới, sạch sẽ, có cửa sổ nhìn ra đường, không gian vừa đủ theo nhu cầu của mình
