This hotel is great for its animal collection and its location near Prigen Safari Park. The rooms are a bit small and uncomfortable. The shower is uncomfortable, especially for children, because it's too high and the shower head is too close to the wall. Drinking water in the room is also not refilled. The deposit is taken for a long time to be returned. Breakfast is not delicious, too sweet for Jakarta's taste. The wood-fire pizza doesn't seem to be cooked with wood fire like in Jakarta, because the pizza looks like it's cooked in a regular oven.

The room I stayed in was very cosy and clean, the view from the balcony was extraordinary with a few animals like giraffes and deer.

great for a family educational vacation

Our children loved the cool atmosphere and the many attractions, as well as the educational opportunities about animals provided by the friendly and welcoming staff. It was a truly memorable experience.

The hotel is ok, nice and comfortable but ordering food through room service took a long time. I ordered at 8 pm and it still hasn't arrived at 9.30 pm with the excuse that the food is full, not very professional.

A good resort for families with kids. Scenic view from the pool. Connecting room available was a bonus! Buffet spread is not bad either - we had both bfast & dinner. Staffs are all very friendly, polite & approachable. We booked airport transfer from hotel - booking was seamless. Lots of activity available, free shuttle to Taman Safari. Recommended!

Highly recommended for family vacations, where you can see and feed the animals at the hotel. There are also plenty of fun activities to choose from.

During check-in, it took quite a while because there was a check of the room's completeness. At that time, there was a carrot basket that was not visible even though the hotel staff who didn't see it were in the corner of the room. Maybe next time, try checking first before accusing the person staying there.

If you want to have breakfast with a giraffe, you have to make a reservation well in advance! Disappointed. Staying here was with the intention of taking a photo of breakfast with a giraffe. If you've come all the way from out of town but the photo is not possible because you don't know that you have to make a reservation in advance, it's a shame, especially if you book through Traveloka, there's no information about reservations! Suggestion: Make a replica of the food so you don't disappoint customers

Check-in was very quick. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our luggage. We were able to go on a mini safari within the hotel grounds. My kids enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the excellent and satisfying service.
