We enjoyed an absolutely exquisite stay at Vasa Hotel. The staff’s demeanor was consistently welcoming, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet offered a superlative selection of dishes, and the location is ideal for those visiting Pakuwon Mall. A special commendation to the management team for their honesty and efficiency in notifying us about our forgotten belongings post-departure. A truly distinguished experience.

The room is poorly maintained—the wallpaper is literally peeling off the walls, which already gives a neglected first impression. The AC sounds like a broken diesel engine, making it almost impossible to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, the sound insulation is terrible. I stayed on the 11th floor and could clearly hear street bikers revving their engines right in front of the hotel. If you’re a light sleeper, this place is definitely not for you. To make matters worse, room service was banging on the door at 8:30 AM without warning.
