The staff so friendly, especially Yasin from FO and the pregnant woman in 209 dining. They were amazing, so helpful and kind. The food taste was 10/10. Spacious and clean room.

spacious and comfortable room, breakfast was bland although quite variative, service was good, although i think that the clothing iron should be provided in rooms (had to request them to be brought in the room and they limit the usage time to one hour but they never took the clothing iron away after 1h, might as well put them in rooms?)

I really enjoyed staying in West Surabaya and finally found a 5-star hotel that was still reasonably priced but offered comfort and luxury. I think the location is quite good, close to Pakuwon Mall and Ciputra World, and Warung Penyet Bu Kris is also close by. The room is also very spacious in my opinion, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast menu is complete, the restaurant is comfortable and spacious, and there is a smoking area. Highly recommended, will definitely make a comeback.
