My recent weekend booking at this hostel, made during the busy tourist season and fireworks festival, turned out to be a very regrettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the room, a pervasive musty smell was noticeable. The general cleanliness was far below standard; it was disheartening to find hair on the bed upon checking in. The bedding itself was concerning: the blankets and pillows appeared unbleached, were an opaque white, and had noticeable black stains, suggesting they weren't properly sanitized. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the room's functionality was lacking. Of the four LED lights, one was broken, impacting the overall lighting. The soundproofing was exceptionally poor, making it impossible to get restful sleep. I could distinctly hear the morning alarm from the room next door, mistaking it for my own, and could follow entire conversations from the adjacent room. The bathroom also suffered from poor deodorization, contributing to the musty smell, and the shower function was inadequate. I immediately requested a room change, but unfortunately, due to the high demand that weekend (firework festival and travel season), no alternative rooms were available.

No staff anywhere, dirty and old room. Finding staff is harder than finding anything. Very bad.

Ask the hotel to change the bed sheets regularly. They are always dirty.

Thanks to the staff for lending me the charger hehe the battery ran out and was rescued. Cuteee I booked a room here last time, I liked the room better because it had a kettle and more amenities than this room. The room in this area is ok

Hotel near the beach, busy street, clean and tidy room, a bit small. Food around is quite expensive. Receptionist is enthusiastic and happy to support.

The host is very welcoming and hospitable. The place is clean and quiet, at a walkable distance to My Khe beach. Number 1 is the free water.

Been here twice in 3 months ^^ I have to say that coming back here for the second time is enough to understand how good the service here is!!! Clean room, right next to the beach but the price is extremely cheap. The owner is super enthusiastic and funny ^^. I go and every friend who asks recommends coming here. 100 points is not available but ❤️

Khách sạn này đẹp, phòng rộng rãi và sạch sẽ. Vị trí thuận lợi nên đi đâu cũng tiện. Đội ngũ nhân viên vô cùng thân thiện, chu đáo đã hỗ trợ đoàn mình rất nhiệt tình và nhanh gọn. Đoàn nhà mình rất hài lòng chuyến đi này. Cảm ơn khách sạn rất nhiều ạ.

Phòng đẹp, giá tốt. Mình đi bộ ra biển chỉ khoảng 5 phút. Bãi biển siêu đẹp. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách rất tốt.

Lễ tân thân thiện, chủ thân thiện. Sẵn sàng sắp xếp phòng khi khách đến nhận phòng sớm. Vị trí gần biển. Tuy nhiên khách sạn hơi cũ, chật chội, cách âm không tốt ở các phòng dưới thấp rất ồn ào.

Giá bình dân, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ máy sấy tóc, bình nước siêu tốc. Không gian phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng rất hợp lý so với giá tiền. Sẽ quay lại vào dịp tới!
