The air conditioner sounds like a tractor going uphill. I couldn't sleep all night.

The hotel is 3 stars but not good at all, when I was in the lobby before checking in and needed to use the restroom, I was shocked, I thought I was entering a makeshift restroom, when I entered the room, the first thing I felt was that it was very old, dusty, the room also smelled, the worst was the restroom, the restroom smelled like the smell of wing inflammation and I didn't understand why it smelled like that. The bed sheets and pillowcases still had hair and feathers scattered, I had to call for a new set before I dared to lie down. The only thing that made up for it was that the staff working here were very nice but everything else was fine. Luckily I only slept for 1 night.

The structure and floor tiles of the building look a bit old, then it was refurbished. Overall, with this price in the center, it is okay. There are also many coffee shops within a radius of 1-2km, convenient.

I only stayed for 1 day and traveled all the way, just stopped by to sleep so I don't have many comments and didn't use any services. In general, the hotel is near the area I wanted to go to, the receptionists were polite, the bed was very big, probably enough for 3 people to sleep.

The room is much worse than the picture. The actual room is very small, the furniture is old. The air conditioner is missing the lid. The towels are old and stained. The magnetic card for the door cannot be opened, every time I have to ask the staff to use the master card to open the door. Normally, other hotels, if the guest has booked and paid in advance but arrives late for check-in, the hotel will call to ask, but here, we arrived at 6pm and didn't care.

The space around the hotel is quite noisy and the room interior is quite rundown. The receptionist is cute and very willing to support customers!!!

The do not disturb sign was hung on the door. But the housekeeping staff still opened the door and rushed in without knocking or anything because they thought I wasn't in the room. After seeing someone, the lady panicked and said "Oh no, this room is occupied" and then started asking me if I wanted to clean the room? I was on a business trip alone and was rushed into the room like that, I was shocked and stunned, I don't know if couples have ever had the same experience. The room was quite smelly and there was water leaking from the ceiling. Overall, the price was reasonable so I had to accept it. The only thing I noticed about the housekeeping staff was that they didn't respect the privacy of the guests at all. She didn't apologize or give a reason because she couldn't see the sign, she just said "Oh no, this room is occupied" and that was it.

Friendly staff can help change rooms. There are melon seeds and ginger for guests to snack on. I don't see a noodle menu, so I ordered a national product like Hao Hao or Modern cup noodles.

Nice room, enthusiastic and friendly staff. Easy to find location because it's right at the beginning of the main road. Very satisfied! I will come back next time.

Room is good for the price, the hotel has vintage tiles so at first I thought the floor was old. The bathroom has a dirty corner but overall it is clean and suitable for the price

The hotel's sign is Saigon Sun, not Le Grand Hanoi. Because my flight was delayed, I arrived late. The receptionist told me that there was no standard room left, only a deluxe room, and they would upgrade me for free. However, when I got to the room, I found the room quite dirty, the bed sheets and pillows were yellow, the toilet and bathroom showed no signs of being cleaned before the guests arrived, and the room was quite small. Although the hotel provided instant noodles and bottled water for free, the bottled water was cheap, and the brand was unknown to me. There was also a cooler under the reception desk that sold aquafina 🙂

The hotel arbitrarily canceled the room 3 hours after booking without refunding the hotel fee. Contacted but not resolved yet.
