The AC is not cold enough, please fix it.

I ordered a superior city view room, but got a wall view. They even said that's how it is when you order online.

The intention was to have a staycation, so we'd just stay in our room. If we got bored, we could just go to the mall, haha. It was the right choice.

I rented a 48sqm room and it is spacious. Love it.

This time and the sheets were spotless.

The smell of the carpet in the room is less than hygienic

1. There are two towers and two hotel lobbies here, and the label didn't tell us which tower to go to, so we assumed it was all the same hotel. It turns out we were thrown around, even though we had to leave the parking lot and pay for the exit. The receptionist, regardless of the tower, should have been informative and helpful. 2. We booked a queen bed, but they gave us twin beds, all put together, claiming they were Hollywood beds, but the photos on Traveloka didn't show them together. 3. The swimming pool, which was said to be under renovation until December 6th, wasn't announced on Traveloka. It should have been updated on Traveloka, not Instagram. Many guests booked here, so they probably told us to check Instagram first. We came here with the intention of bringing kids for a swim, so we canceled. Bad service.

Location in the mall, access in Singkawang city, clean.

It seems like the WiFi speed is a bit slow, maybe this could be used as evaluation material.

Great stay at this hotel..

pros: room comfortable and clean. mountains view. bathroom is clean with full amenities. staff is friendly. check in and out are fast. spacious parking lot. cons: pillowa are hard though bed is good. standing shower is too high, it is out of reach for adjustment. window needs deep cleaning

As soon as I entered the room, it smelled of dust, as if it hadn't been left in a while. Luckily, the staff was quick to respond and immediately disinfected it. Unfortunately, the windows were covered in moss from the outside, so they couldn't be cleaned from the inside. The pool was being renovated, and while I was staying in Switzerland, I was supposed to be using the pool, but I couldn't.

In Tower 2, our phone's internet signal reception was poor, and the Wi-Fi signal was even worse. It frequently dropped out, making it difficult to access the internet.
