1. There are two towers and two hotel lobbies here, and the label didn't tell us which tower to go to, so we assumed it was all the same hotel. It turns out we were thrown around, even though we had to leave the parking lot and pay for the exit. The receptionist, regardless of the tower, should have been informative and helpful. 2. We booked a queen bed, but they gave us twin beds, all put together, claiming they were Hollywood beds, but the photos on Traveloka didn't show them together. 3. The swimming pool, which was said to be under renovation until December 6th, wasn't announced on Traveloka. It should have been updated on Traveloka, not Instagram. pros: room comfortable and clean. mountains view. bathroom is clean with full amenities. staff is friendly. check in and out are fast. spacious parking lot. cons: pillowa are hard though bed is good. standing shower is too high, it is out of reach for adjustment. window needs deep cleaning
