The hotel is clean and very comfortable for families, there are restaurants nearby and it's easy to go anywhere.. we went to Legoland, it's not too far.. it's really close.. the price is worth it..

The hotel room was good. The breakfast was crowded because many group tours stay at this hotel. The rest was good, yeah. You can try to stay at this hotel, but there are not many food stalls around the hotel location.

Water pressure not so good, the air ventilatoon fan in the bathroom wasn't function.

Pelayanannya sangat-sangat tidak bagus jika ini benar-benar hotel bintang 4, kami dateng ke hotel siang belum bisa check in, barang kami titip di hotel, kami balik lagi ke hotel malam, dapet room di lantai 4 dan 16, padahal di online sudah saya request room connetcting dan selantai, kami minta tukar alasan tidak ad kamar, saya ini bawa anak kecil, tidak mungkin terpisah tidurnya terlalu jauh lantainya, alhsl, kami semua tidur di lantai 4, sampai di kamar tidak ad handuk, kami telpon ke hotel, lama sekali responnya, dan lama di antar handuknya ke kamar, hari ke2 pagi, kami minta tukar kamar yang lantai 16 ke lantai 14, karena sewaktu kami mau jalan pagi itu, kami lihat room depan dan samping kami kosong dan mau di bersihkan, makanya kami request minta ganti kamar, kami sudah rugi 1 malam tidak tempati kamar yang dikasih di lantai 16,. Dan pagi itu, pihak resepsionis menjanjikan bisa di tukar kamarnya di lantai 4, tapi kamar mau di bersihkan, oke, pagi itu kami jalan-jalan dulu, sampai hotel malam, kami mau minta kamar yang dijanjikan pihak hotel ada selantai sama di lantai 4, ternyata orang yang jaga shift malam, bilang lantai 4 full. Di situ lha kami merasa di permainkan. Jangan mentang-mentang kami ini orang Indonesia, kalian seenaknya saja bertindak, dari pihak hotel pun sedikit pun tidak ada yang minta maaf ke saya, luar biasa ya sombongnya. Kami minta refund, berbelit-belit alesan dan gak bisa,. Besok paginya kami mau check out, minta tolong di bantu bell boy, karena barang kami banyak, malah pihak hotel bilang tidak menyediakan bell boy di hotel mereka. Waw luar biasa ya hotel bintang 4 tidak ada bell boy nya 😱👎🏻. Intinya cukup pertama dan terakhir kami nginap di hotel ini, sama sekali tidak recommended. Terima kasih.

The guest mentioned the walk way is small & dark. Feel uncomfortable.

Workers lack smile, standard breakfast perfunctory, AC really cold rooms. Unfortunately there are no plug adapters in the hotel. Forced to buy outside. For the room the room is okay big. Not bad for families. Prices are quite friendly.
