Good, cheap for a 3 star hotel

So this is the first time I stayed at this SE hotel, I was disappointed, I came to this hotel and instead got less than satisfactory room facilities, from the sheets that were not changed, there were no slippers, the kettle was also not cleaned, for the sheets even though I had contacted to have them changed, but until I checked out not a single hotel employee came to change them, and I had requested slippers but they were not delivered, for the swimming pool it was okay, the atmosphere was good for children to play too okay

A hotel with amenities that don't match the pictures. Poor service. Dirty, musty-smelling rooms!!! Please, no solution when complaining.

Ample parking. The lobby area is spacious and clean and the service is friendly. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, cold AC, toiletries, soap, toothbrushes, and towels are available. There are many choices for breakfast, so you won't get bored. It's really suitable to bring your beloved family on vacation here.. For those who want to stay, think first, don't be tempted by cheap prices or see other people's content, because it's really far.. 1. The old building is not maintained 2. Lots of ants and cockroaches 3. The TV doesn't have a remote, I've asked for one but there's no one that fits the TV, they said they were looking for it, until I checked out there was no remote.. 4. The road access to the location is a bit into the village, not strategic, through damaged roads. The only plus point is the swimming pool. I'm reviewing honestly, maybe it can be improved in the future.

service according to price, room door can't close properly, wifi doesn't reach the room, breakfast is not varied (only fried rice and toast with jam)

The hotel atmosphere is very scary and uncomfortable. The rooms are quite lacking. The mattress and sheets are smelly and dusty, the bathroom is broken and when I first entered there was dirt in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. The road to the hotel is damaged and a bit difficult to find, especially at night. The view is nice and the morning atmosphere is nice. Please improve the hotel's maintenance per room.

Old hotel, very spooky atmosphere. Even my wife heard a woman's voice in the middle of the night in the hotel hallway.

I'd come back. Room 204 was comfortable and clean, but there was no hot water. It was fine for me, but the kids were looking for it.

Next time I come here again, choose a room with a balcony so I can enjoy the view outside the room.

If you go to Sentul, always stay at Grand Mulya Bogor because of its large swimming pool and spacious rooms.

The room was damp and stuffy, probably because the building is old, when we arrived at 4 pm it wasn't the weekend, and the weather was a bit cloudy, it felt a bit scary, but after a while it didn't feel like that, but the outdoor area was cool, the field was spacious, there was a swimming pool, several good photo spots, so it was pretty good for the cheap price.

The hotel was dirty, the hallways were dirty, I had to change rooms three times, the first room was occupied, the second room had no electricity, the third room was better, but still not very clean, and there were cockroaches suddenly. Maintenance was very poor.
