Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The only thing worth noting is the breakfast service. Coincidentally, there were a lot of guests there when I stayed, so the restaurant, located quite far from the hotel building, was very busy, and the menu was often empty and not quickly replaced. This resulted in a long wait, wasting our time as we were trying to catch up on time. So, we decided not to have breakfast.

It was a good hotel to stay nearby the Kualanamu airport. They even offered free pick up to the airport. The car park also huge, I got free car park for my friend from Medan who accompanied me stayed. The ambience surrounding also nice, I did jogging in the morning. The staff were helpful. Wifi works well too. The only minus is they don’t provide any welcome drinks. It will be perfect if they offer one, because coming to the hotel at noon for check in is really hot in Medan. So, I think they need to consider to do it next.
