Just once....the room was full of cockroaches...drinking water was not provided...the toilet was basic...the AC looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Deposit withdrawals were made difficult. Please review Traveloka's partners again, they only harm consumers and tarnish Traveloka's reputation. Hopefully the management can improve their service and cleanliness.

The room was really shabby. I booked a room, but I didn't stay because I couldn't see it. The lights were on and off. The room wasn't well maintained. I only managed to sit there for less than 30 minutes, then I left, and my booking money was forfeited. It was better than being there.

Nice place, but the cupboard and small refrigerator are lacking repairs, some hangers are broken along with the TV remote. The TV is on but there are no channels, it says no signal on the screen. I was disappointed, I watched the TV for hours but still no channels.
