So I request to cancel and refund! You twist again and answer: the hotel side is flexible to handle it for you by: changing rooms for 1 guest staying in a better room. And let that living room stay for me. At that time, I had an urgent job, was tired, and waited for a long time, so I had to check in. Because even though I have canceled: the hotel did not cancel for me. The next day, I ordered food and waited for more than 30 minutes, the staff member came out and asked me what I had to eat, and apologized for forgetting to order breakfast for me. Totally disappointed again. This is a low cost experience with the price of 850k and the location of the hotel in wharf. Rooms and facilities, I am satisfied. I used to know that in the past, Vietnam Australia was the best at Ben Tre. But now the staff is too unprofessional.
