The room is not maintained, the walls are dirty, the bathroom is dirty, the water is leaking, the water is muddy brown, you get a yellow bonus in the toilet, there is no tissue in the room or in the toilet, you don't get a towel, there are no toiletries, basically it's not worth it at all.

The hotel posted does not match the reality. - Overpriced rooms with very poor comfort - Dirty rooms starting from the lobby, leaks are visible everywhere - The room has a lot of black mold which can cause respiratory problems - No amenities and towels are provided after entering the room - Tissues are out of stock and not refilled.

Dirty water, toilets that look like they've never been cleaned, stuffy rooms, lots of stains on the linen, dusty drinking cups, basically a dirty hotel that doesn't match the suites label in its name.

The floor and bedroom were dirty and dusty, as if they had never been cleaned. The room was damp and the walls were moldy. Hopefully, things will get better in the future.

The hotel building looks nice from the outside, but the lobby area is gloomy, and most surprising of all… the bathroom is filthy. Lots of yellowish stains, an old and noisy LG air conditioner, torn towels, and no toilet paper. Thin pillows and dull sheets. The room lighting is also lacking, tending to be gloomy. The only plus point is the spacious and strategic parking. Much improvement is needed to attract customers to stay again. Score 5/10.

Dirty water, dirty bathrooms, damp rooms, moldy walls, dusty chairs, weak air conditioning, and the unpleasant smell of mold in the rooms are all very uncomfortable. Can you imagine? Hotel management seems to have no regard for service standards and cleanliness. Other guests have been complaining about the same things for months, but the quality hasn't improved.

When we first entered the room, it was dirty. The bathroom was dirty and leaking, and cockroaches were infested. Five minutes later, we were moved to a more comfortable room. It turned out the bed was wobbly and broken when we sat on it. Finally, we were moved to a room on the third floor. The room was better than the previous two. The air conditioning was noisy and not very cool. But when I went to take a shower in the morning, the water was dirty and mixed with dirt. I think this hotel is no longer worth selling. It needs a complete overhaul.

Friendly, responsive staff Located in the city center, lots of food in front of the hotel, close to Mog for walking, and close to Kayoetangan. If I were asked where I'd stay next time I was in Malang, I'd stay here again.
