It's not complicated to stay there, so it's comfortable, and when I'm in transit to Ambon, I always go to Story because it's cheap and close to the souvenir shop.

The receptionist was friendly and responsive. Unfortunately, the room was dirty, and the bathroom was yellow. The location is in an alley. The breakfast box is good.

The service is quite good, the hotel is clean and very tidy.

Cramped room, damp room, ordered a double bed but was given twin beds combined so sleeping was uncomfortable, asked to be moved but couldn't even though staying more than 2 days. Poor service. The bathroom was dripping water, the walls were damaged, food was boxed rice with minimal side dishes.

The hotel staff was friendly and the service was prompt. This single room was quite spacious. The bathroom wasn't large but still comfortable. The air conditioning and heater worked. The camphor smell was a bit strong upon entering, requiring the exhaust to be turned on. The room was quite clean.

The room was clean, but there was a pretty big centipede in the bathroom. I booked a room with food, but it turns out the earliest pick-up time for a boxed meal is 6 AM.
