The bedsheet are dirty with lots of stain. The bottle water was not even replaced with new one. The pillow cases all are dirty. The sink is leaking with very bad smell

The hotel staff is friendly, I had an experience with booking the wrong date, the receptionist provided a solution while waiting for confirmation from Traveloka, approximately 30-40 minutes, I was able to check in.

The room is clean, but some of the paint is peeling. Please wash the bedsheets after use. Sorry, sometimes they are still dirty. That's a complaint from my friends. The toilet is okay and close to Indomaret. Thanks Pink Hoise

It's definitely worth it if you're visiting Probolinggo. It's clean and comfortable, the mattress is still good, and the location is also close to everything. Near Indomaret, food stalls, and cafes, just a short walk away. Stayed for 2 nights and had towels changed. Ample parking.

Every time I go to Probolinggo, I definitely stay at this hotel. Satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, toilet, and hotel area. Recommended.

the hotel is quite okay. it's just that the location is not very strategic, located on a small road. according to the conditions of Probolinggo city, there are many narrow alleys.
