Actually, it is not suitable to be called a hotel, maybe it is more suitable as a boarding house, it is quite expensive with facilities that do not match the price, using a fan, the bathroom smells, the room is stuffy, it is difficult to find the accommodation because you have to enter 2 alleys, there is a sitting toilet but there is no lid, but the owner is friendly, there is coffee provided, close to shopping and entertainment centers, you can leave your belongings, suggestions hopefully the room facilities can be improved. The place is in GG but it's better for that price and then the Sakura Hotel is full so we moved to Arimbi where the rooms are much nicer and more comfortable.

The place is at the narrow alley, silent but it's okay since it's easy for us to grab some foods for dinner and for souvenirs as well. AC worked so well. The janitors were so welcome, the owner was friendly also.

For that price, it's quite good just to stay and sleep, the facilities are standard, there is no TV, hot water. The location is near Malioboro so just walk. There is free coffee and tea. When I stayed, the truth was that there were few visitors for 4 days, I was alone, so it was a bit scary that no one else was staying. For those on a low budget, this is suitable considering the location is near Malioboro.

The accommodation turned out to be in a narrow road. Parking the motorbike in another location, the place is enough for 1-2 nights, the facilities are according to the price, don't demand more. Just for a place to rest is enough. To Malioboro & Tugu station, just walk.
