The toilet smelled bad, there were cigarette butts and hair in the bathroom drain. There were no hangers in the closet.

No shower, clogged sink, no towels (had to ask for them), otherwise ok

The room was clean and nice. Complete amenities. I enjoyed my stay here. The place is also right across the road and accessible.

The room is ok for the price. The security guard is really bad. I came back at 11:30 pm and asked him to open the door. He knew and kept knocking on the door but he still pretended to be asleep and didn't wake up to open the door. I had to go to the receptionist to ask him to come down and open the door for me. I checked out at 8:30 am and still slept and asked him to open the door even though he woke up and saw it, but he kept tossing and turning and not opening the door for the guest. I had to automatically turn on the door key to open it. If I don't fire this irresponsible hospital guy, I'll lose more guests :)) Bad

Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương. Kế bên có GS25 rất tiện. Tuy nhiên, phòng không giống hình. Phòng có cửa sổ nhưng cửa sổ không hướng ra bên ngoài nên phòng không có ánh sáng tự nhiên và hơi ngộp. Với giá mình book được gần 300k một đêm thì không dám đòi hỏi gì nhiều nhưng mà khách sạn nên đổi lại hình ảnh minh hoạ để khách đỡ hiểu nhầm.
