The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, but at night the electricity went out 3 times, and during breakfast, the rice wasn't cooked properly, please fix it.

book 1 deluxe room and got the 2nd floor. room was clean and hot water working properly. nearest beach for surfing take only 5 minutes walking from the hotel (special access) the staff very helpfull and responsive. surely will be back soon. but please, for live music on the weekend almost until midnight (if you have a baby or kids, makesure req a room in the back yard area)

The hotel is quite comfortable, but some areas are undergoing renovations. The swimming pool is a bit dirty (there's a lot of sand at the bottom). It's best to use the pool in the morning before renovations begin. Yesterday, my son was able to swim between 6:00 and 8:00 a.m. before the workers started work. The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's quite tasty. The battered squid was fresh and not tough.

The room size is quite large and the toiletries are complete. The AC is cold, the mattress is quite soft and clean. However, the floor of the room is dirty and has a lot of dust. The refrigerator in the room is not cold at all, so it cannot be used. The TV cannot be used either, there are no channels. The water in the swimming pool is a bit dirty and many of the ceramic floors are broken. When swimming, my child went to the bad ceramic floor several times and got injured.

The second time staying here, take a downstairs room facing the pool, the room is quite clean but it should be mopped again before guests enter, the bathroom lights can be brighter. Towels are sufficient and clean. Bottled water must be requested. The room is close to karaoke, noisy because the room is not soundproof. Please do not accept many guests in one room because the next room is partying until 2 am with loud music and screaming jumping into the pool. Breakfast is limited to buffet if guests are full, if not full it means ala carte and we were not informed so we had to wait for the cooking process again for fried rice and bread. The menu variations can be improved. The buffet breakfast menu tastes lacking. The menu in room service is quite okay, I tried the liwet rice package and grilled chicken. There is no jam or butter option for pancakes. The rest is quite okay. Pls vary the breakfast choices.
