I already taking notes that I need no smoking room area. but for 4 night with room that can or not smoking is still smells cigarette. I dont know it’s because of just room have bad smells or because left or right room beside us have people did smoking. so better if ur guest already ask for no smoking room, just give them, I really hate cigarette smells.

I once asked the receptionist to clean the room on the first day of my stay, but it was not cleaned, after all it is the hotel's obligation to clean the guest room if you stay for more than 1 day.
