The staff is friendly and informative. Everything is explained in detail. There are many decorative lights that beautify the atmosphere plus a beautiful aquarium. The place is clean and tidy. There are 4 bathrooms that can be known to be empty or in use because there are light indicators.

I was late checking in but I didn't confirm but Koko was very kind to wait for me and explained and helped tell me everything about transportation etc. Anyway I was very impressed with Koko's friendliness Next time I'm solo traveling again I will definitely stay here again ❤️

Simple and clean accommodations. Very good for the price charged. Friendly service and not calculative. I arrived very early and was feeling very tired. As a bed was available at the time, they allowed me to settle in and rest instead of making me wait until the proper check-in time. The team is generous with local knowledge and advice on where to go and what to do—just ask! Some small eateries nearby, but a slightly longer walk to the main commercial area near City Square Mall. Ideal to have own transport or use a ride-hailing app.

The owner is friendly, mister gan. For a guest house, it is highly recommended. You can drink coffee and tea as much as you like. The toilet is clean, at most the room is small. And the price is a bit expensive, for AC add another 15 RM around 50 thousand. But the rest is okay, the location is also close to JB Sentral, so it's easy to go to Singapore. An option for those of you who want to save money, just stay here, considering that hotels in the area are expensive, this is really okay. Thank you.

Definitely will be going back staying here, the location is nearby the city center. House ambience is so peaceful, everyone respects the rules. Rodger and Gan are also very helpful and nice. What I love the most is, they have cutie Kiwi and Bezza the cats.
