Sangat mengecewakan. Masa jam 7 pagi saya mau masuk malah tidak bisa sedangkan check out jam 12 siang seperti ketentuan di traveloka. Padahal saya sudah bilang di wa saya balik dari teman jam 3 pagi karena ketiduran saya dateng jam 7 pagi alih-alih mau lanjut tidur sampai jam 12 siang eh malah kuncinya sudah diambil. Gini ya saya ini costumer mau saya balik jam 11 siang sekalipun kalau belum waktu check out jam 12 sesuai aplikasi jangan pernah dikorek itu kamar namanya tidak sopan dan melanggar etika.

The owner is less friendly with domestic guests focusing more on tourist guests from outside, never smiling / ignorant. Please repair the service, because I stayed there for 4 days, brooms for foreign and domestic tourists were distinguished. Sheets and blankets don't seem to be washed.

Arrived there at midnight, the rain poured down. Tenyata not dI allow entry with the reason to bring 3 children. The owner only allows 2 adults. After long deliberation, we dl enter the room. Our room did not have the same facilities as the other room. It is unfortunate.
