From welcoming drink to free shuttle to the city center, everything was excellent. Friendliness almost out of this world. Best place we've stayed. Truly outstanding service and breakfast. Thank you for making our Eastern Easter top notch.

The hospitality is top-notch, the food is delicious. Too bad the facilities in the room are lacking, especially the wifi. The lights went out 4 times on different days. I've sent a WA to the hotel number, but the response is slow. Even the CO can't use the wifi.

Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic old time charm. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ubud.
