I booked a room m3 Tet, about 3 hours after booking the hotel called to say that they had received another guest and canceled my room while my family was moving to the hotel, at that time it was 8:30 pm and it was very difficult to find a room during Tet, the hotel said that because I did not arrive to check in at 5 pm, the hotel had the right to cancel my room without notice. I thought that before receiving another guest, the hotel could call to ask if I was coming and then cancel, right, because clearly I had booked in advance with confirmation from Traveloka. I asked the hotel to help me find a hotel nearby for my family to stay temporarily, but they also refused. It was late at night and I still had to go around looking for a hotel room, it was very difficult. Other guests who book, please note to confirm the time of arrival at the hotel to avoid the same situation as my family.
