The hotel is clean, with a beautiful sea view. However, the breakfast is not rich, the infinity pool is beautiful but a bit small. The receptionist is enthusiastic, helping customers carry luggage. Will come back if coming to Da Nang.

Convenient location, in general there are only 2 criticisms: 1: unfriendly male staff, male friend who wears glasses or works at the reception desk in the evening and has an arrogant attitude. 2: The room floor has deteriorated, making the overall room not beautiful

Staying in Mandila is one of the best traveling I decided on in 2023. I am a solo traveler, visiting Vietnam for the very first time. Mandila is very safe. I slept like a baby during my stay. Its location is very great, it's near My Khe Beach. It is quite near to the Son Tra Night Market, a place where you can buy cheap seafood and also the Dragon Bridge. In front of the hotel, you can find many taxis and it's easy to order Grab. The room is spacious, the bathroom is clean, the food is acceptable for a Muslim with no pork dietary like myself. I tried the hot stone spa, it's great but expensive. The pool is on the 19th floor, amazing with a roof top concept but quite small. The restaurant on the 19th floor made me a delicious chicken salad. The women at the reception was very helpful and the staffs are friendly and nice. I will be back here whenever I go to Da Nang again.

Overall the stay is good at this modern hotel. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice buffet breakfast with variety of food. The only letdown was the last minute notification via Whatsapp, the day before my trip, of the change of the room which I have booked, from King to Twin only, with no offer of upgrade. However, the twin bedroom, bed size is bigger than a single bed size, so it is still acceptable. Will stay here again if I come to Da nang again.

The hotel is okay, the room area is a bit small and not very airy because there are only beveled glass windows. The location is great: walking across the street is the sea, right at Be Ni restaurant for lunch and dinner, both are reasonable in price and quality. Breakfast buffet delicious, many dishes. The price is at an acceptable level.
